This body of work was inspired by the landscapes of Huron and Bruce County, particularly the Bayfield area along the shores of Lake Huron and the Bayfield River Valley. Known for its dramatic skies, golden fields, and the ever-changing moods of the river and lake, this region offers a rich palette of contrasts — especially in the shoulder seasons.
